“During the holidays, I was surprised to get amazing service at a retail store. I came on a Saturday so I knew it was going to be busy but was pleasantly shocked at the experience i had. I walked in and was immediately greeting by the front employees. I was instantly greeted by Marcus and was asked if i needed any help. He let me know about their deals then proceeded to help me with shoes. He was a very charming gentleman and put my shoes on hold while I continued shopping so I didn't have to carry it around. Alyssa helped me in fitting rooms and was so accommodating towards me. She provided a variety of options and different sizes for me which is very rare cause most shops don't pay attention to you. If you're looking for a place that's attentive to you when you need help shopping, you should come here”

She is very patient with me last night because I had a lot of merchandise. She made sure I got the appropriate discount & received the correct amount of Kohl’s Cash reward.I forgot my Kohl’s credit card last night & instead of looking it up using my SSS#, she showed me how to pay via my Kohl’s app. She is the best! She also showed how much Kohl’s rewards I received for Nov & when I can redeem them. The store was clean and the dressing room was very organized (no unwanted clothes hanging on the return racks or rooms) despite the hectic Thanksgiving weekend.
