“Checkout was fine. I reserved a full-size SUV and because there were none, I was upgraded to the next class of vehicle for free. When I returned the vehicle, there was no one at the drop off location so I left my keys in the drop box. Because it wasn't checked in for 5 hours or so after I dropped it off, I was charged for an additional day vs just the couple of hours it might have been if someone was present to check me in. This is the policy unfortunately.”

“Is not colocated at the terminals, they do have shuttles that run almost constantly or it’s a 30min walk from terminal 2. The people at the lot were very nice and helpful and definitely deserve all the stars however not advertising it’s a shuttle ride from either terminal is annoying.”
“1st-time renter and the person who assisted patiently guided and waited for me to produce the documents they required, I am following Dave Ramsey's Financial Advice (I got rid of credit cards) so I used a debit card. I am blessed to drive a new Nissan Rogue that friendly Jonathan handed and made sure to be cleaned interior and exterior, worth a few minutes' wait. Upon return, I made sure I removed all my belongings, car seat, etc., passed by Costco to fill the gas, I was immediately tended to by the same efficient staff, I was also asked if I needed a ride, to my relief I was fumbling on my Uber App, I was not getting data, a couple of seconds I was escorted into a minivan and friendly Matt drove me home safely, thank you for a wonderful experience Enterprise Rent-a-Car of Chino Hills, keep up the good work! They take good care of people courteously, I have observed these with each of the staff that has attended to their other customers while I have waited in their office.”

“It was easy, they pick you up from your house if your 10 miles radius. 24 hour drop off access.Sean was nice lol he had a good attitude and cracked a couple of jokes with me. I needed that for the day for all of the personal stuff i was going through!! i love people like that never know what you can do to people just by having a great attitude”

She accommodated me by holding my purchased bed set until a later date when it was convenient for my schedule. I asked for delivery weeks later & everything was carefully unloaded by Chris. “Another poor performance on getting customers checked in for a service appointment. 8:30 appointment, arrived at 8:20, and no service rep contact until 8:50. They checked people in that arrived after me. I contacted the service director (Amy) who was super apologetic and advised she was in the process of fixing several things in the service department after she recently was appointed to the director position. Amy is a breath of fresh air and was able to fix several things wrong with my truck under my extended warranty and gave me a rental for a couple days while the truck was being fixed. Darleen Salazar was the old service director that came in after Crown Toyota sold to a new dealership group. Darleen ran that service department into the ground and was totally incompetent. I guess her lack of work ethic and lies got her promoted to general manager of the dealership now. Great job Amy on owning the problem and admitting this was an ongoing issue she was working on. Great job by my service advisor Alex. Alex came up to me after the phone call to Amy and definitely made things better. Alex kept me in the loop; and got my truck serviced and repaired quickly.”
“The person helping us was super helpful, my name was on the reservation but my fiancé who is over 25 would be driving. The employee kindly rebooked the reservation for the same price so that my fiancés name was on it and we could avoid the under 25 fee.”
