“Oops I did it again! LoLI stopped by because I wanted to have something light before heading to an event. Monica, the sales associate helped me again, she great service and is very friendly. I put an order of 10 mini tacos. Once I paid my order I went over to their nacho cheese machine and added some on top of mini tacos. Omgee!!! They seriously hit the spot. So delicious! I was going to add jalapeños but remember this was supposed to be light so I didn't :) Again Monica provided amazing service, I did have some other questions and she was able to answer them.”

“I called earlier in the day and spoke with Christopher, who was extremely helpful by advising me about the photo order I was about to place. I wasn't fully clear on how to do it and he helped me over the phone. Then I understood how to do it and placed my order. I went to pick it up and the picture was different than the preview that I saw on my computer screen when the order was placed. Christopher then pulled up my order and was able to manipulate it and fixed the issue. It took him a while to fix it. Being that my order was for Christmas, I was very grateful for his time and knowledge. I feel like I was well taken care of and the level of customer service that Christopher provided was outstanding. I wish that all stores I patronize had employees as helpful as Christopher. He is definitely a valuable asset to CVS.
Deborah and Michelle were also extremely helpful as I was checking out. Very kind and friendly and provided excellent customer service as well. Thank you, CVS, for providing such great service!!! Even though it takes me three times longer to get to CVS compared to the pharmacy I normally go to, I'm changing my pharmacy of choice and its the CVS where these wonderful employees work!!
