“I was so surprised by an experience I had with an employee Monique. I ordered a delivery Thurs morning. The cookies I ordered were hard beyond belief, and you can tell they were not fresh at all. I knew from previous experience that the cookies are normally soft and fresh, because most days you can smell them cooking as you come in the door. I went back the Sunday after, and explained to Monique my experience, I didn’t want anything other than the purchase of candy I came in there for, but she was so confident that my previous purchase was a fluke and she offered me a fresh order of the best, warmest, freshest sugar cookies I have ever tasted! Boy was she right!!! My experience with her will keep me as a loyal customer, who will tell others of the best cookies(and sandwiches)ever!! I had to call and ask for her name for my review, and spoke to a sweetheart named Alyssa and her patiently listening made me feel valued. Thank You both!!”

“I love everyone who works at the pharmacy. Especially Gigi as others have mentioned. They all go above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was having constant issues getting my medication in stock and having to wait several days between refills although through no fault of the pharmacist or staff. I wish I could continue filling my medications at this pharmacy and I'm sad to have to go elsewhere where my medication will be in stock. But again, everyone who works there is so wonderful!”

“I come here everyday. Everything is always stocked up, always find what I need, doesn’t take long when waiting in line, I love it. However, it’s 4 stars instead of 5 bc of this one dude. I don’t know his ethnicity, but he’s skinny, darker skin, black short hair and mustache. When I first saw him, he looked happy. Engaging, laughing, smiling, asked how your day was. I work in customer service too, so I know the stress of it, HOWEVER, it seems like it killed his soul. He now sighs, taps his fingers, doesn’t say hello when I do, his demeanor is closed off, frustrated easily, and seems annoyed every time I see him there. Honestly puts me on edge now whenever he is cashing me out. I just smile, say hello even though he doesn’t acknowledge, and try to be quick about it now. What happened? Maybe he needs to talk to someone ?♀️”

“The Vista Market, or Vista, is a pretty reliable spot for anyone on the Cal Poly Pomona Campus. They're located right in front of the Gym and connected to the Den, a Denny's inspired restaurant where on-campus students to spend 90% of their breakfast/lunch/dinner meal times at. The Vista is essentially a student-friendly convenient store, and they do a pretty good job in relaying the whole "convenience" idea. You'll find everything from paper towels and cooking materials to packaged sushi and mochi ice cream... The prices are definitely high compared to a neighborhood grocery store, but this is understandable considering where it is located at. Most of the workers are college students themselves, and they actually do a really great job in being friendly welcoming. This place is honestly the quintessential pit stop and an overall solid establishment!”

“This place went from a chevron to a 76 over night. Great place to get gas, clean and friendly employees. Great deals on cigarettes and other (swisher, dutch, option, jackpot,black'n mild). Employee are very serious in carding for any tobacco or tobacco related products.. yes that include lighters and zigzag paper. They have a great selection on scratcher and prices range from a 1 dollar up to 30 dollar scratchers. In the other hand this station have quite a few homeless roaming around asking for change. Nothing to be alarm since the city of Pomona are fill with homeless and Holt seems to be their home base. That being said they DO NOT HAVE RESTROOMS so forget about it if your just stopping by to use it.”

“Usually only use the pharmacy, they continue to get new staff almost on a monthly basis, it can be difficult to deal with the pharmacy sometimes especially when they are really really busy, but overall they make sure to see everything through and help you as best as they can, the downside is they create different PROFILES whatever that means for any customer, so when a customer calls and gives all the correct information especially after just speaking to their own doctor for medication refill, the store claims you have NOTHING SENT OVER FROM ANY DOCTOR, but wait let me check, I turn and say ANOTHER PROFILE?, and the pharmacist always goes OH YES I SEE IT HERE NOW, I asked 4 different times to have my PROFILES OR WHATEVER THEY ARE CALLED TO BE TOGETHER AS THE SAME PROFILE, AND EVERY MONTH AND EVERY WEEK I DEAL WITH THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM about 2 profiles!!”
