The new manager Victor and new gal Brenda need more training. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years until these two heads ruin it.

Most Chase banks these days, you can't just walk in and get help like it used to be. They either tell you 2 hrs wait or schedule an appointment. Useless.. Bank somewhere else.
