“Honestly, despite the reviews, the efficiency and price for this car wash was more than satisfactory! Dropped my car off around 5:10, when they did close at 6, but they were welcoming to take my car. I got the $25 wash, which included an air freshener (that I didn't get), but at least my car turned out clean! I didn't have too much expectation, I just wanted my seats vacuumed and my exterior cleaned, which it was.. but my mats weren't cleaned properly and the leaves/tree debris wasn't emptied from my windshield wiper crack(?) but definitely this service was extremely quick for what I got! I'd say I waited around 20 minutes or even less.. would definitely come back for a quick car wash if i'm in the area”

“I use chino hills car wash to leave my car feeling brand new and on my most recent visit a window button on my driver side panel broke. The manager Martin was very apologetic and was determined to make things right. Within a short time frame he ordered me the exact part and had it put in so that everything was working perfectly again. He even gave me a free deluxe wash for the trouble and I was very impressed with the quality of service and honest business practice. He could have easily brushed it off or wasted my time but instead he proved that chino hills car wash takes care of their customers and is a business with integrity.
