The manager Martin was very apologetic and was determined to make things right. Within a short time frame he ordered me the exact part and had it put in so that everything was working perfectly again. He even gave me a free deluxe wash for the trouble and I was very impressed with the quality of service and honest business practice. He could have easily brushed it off or wasted my time but instead he proved that chino hills car wash takes care of their customers and is a business with integrity. “Good clean gas station and am pm. I stopped by for a soda and a quick 15 bucks of gas. Clean and friendly overall good experience. I wish they would do a retro throw back with the 1989 thirst two ouncer. My old school combo was the cheese burger, funions and that thirsty two. Would be a great come back.”
