Thankfully we found Ben Zhou at this location and was able to finally open an account after 3 hours of searching for a banker. Ben went above and beyond to meet our needs and solve our problems. “I've been a Wells Fargo customer since 1989. I've visited a lot of branched over the years, this one is by far one of my favorites. I always get in and out in a timely manner, the staff there is great. Won't change to any other site as long as they are open.”
“I came to this Wells Fargo Bank to make a deposit via ATM in the evening. It has 3 ATMs for use. Their ATMs now accept up to 200 bills and it has a big opening kind of bin that you place the bills in. They used to only allow 30 bills at a time which was such a hassle and inconvenience for me especially when I had lots of bills to deposit. Finally, they have enhanced this feature. I am grateful. Thank you Wells Fargo!!! This location is very well lit. It's conveniently located in the same plaza as Young Dong Tofu, Pho N Mor, and Nobibi Ice Cream. It's only a 2 minute drive from The Shoppes of Chino Hills. If you run out of cash while you're eating and/or shopping, Wells Fargo to the rescue LOL. I'll be returning to use their ATM as needed when I'm in the area.”
“They are always helpful when I go in. Sometimes they don't answer their direct line immediately, but I call back. They are courteous and friendly. Hector is a great contact. I recommend him. To those who complain on this bank, take your accts. to the extremely, horrible bank on the corner of the intersection....x America. You'll really encounter bad practices and then you'll be grateful for Citi of Chino Hills. Citi adheres to ALL STATE REGULATIONS. If your credit card was lost or stolen, they MUST take action. They don't say too bad. If they guaranteed a bonus for opening an account, YOU HAVE THE RECEIPT AND PAPER WORK IN YOUR HANDS AS YOUR GUARANTEE. Nobody refuses to give business cards. “Feeling like this is a Avery low key hidden chase. I love coming here because I never never have to wait for anything. They have a drive thru ATM which is convenient at any time. The inside is very big with at least three tellers ready for anything plus three atms inside ready for use if you want a quick in and out with your cash. Recommend coming here anytime”

“I am here to write a letter of commendation to Mia Wu in East West Bank, Chino Hills branch. I never write a letter of commendation before so this is my first time. I opened an account right before pandemic but I never used it. Recently I received a letter of unclaimed property so I decided to withdraw my deposit and closed my account.
