“I’m leaving my honest review for American tire. We have Tesla Model 3 and the tire was blown off by a nail. We went to the store and asked them to check and quote. After they quoted, we do feel very expensive decided to leave. However, the staff refused to restore the tire and basically forced us to make the purchase. I’ll file a complaint in different regulations. Those people suck!
Update on 2/15: we went to the store and the store did the price match. I really appreciate and the store manager Jovis completely changed my mind for future purchases. Thank you.”
“10 minutes. Compared to a dealer which takes a week. With three cars I have been spending half my life at dealers waiting for an oil change. No more dealers! I paid $114 for full synthetic and brought my own filter and I’m happy. Next time I may bring my own oil and filter and still pay $114. You pay for the 10 minute change not the oil and filter.”

“Ive.been to several full service car wash in area from Rancho Cucamonga, Upland Claremont ,Montclair and surrounding cities.
Grand car wash by far, does the best job by far, and are .ore reasonable as far as cost. I live in Alta Loma and only get my car washed in Chino. It's not worth my hard earned money or valuable time to go any where else, unless I wash my car myself, even then it comes out better when they they do it.”
“Came in to get my Camry looked at anticipating it'd just be a routine check up, but ended having to replace the brake pads and get a new serpentine belt. While it was a surprise, I really appreciated Terry (I believe that's who assisted me) and how he walked me through the various suggested repairs and how much they'd cost me. He was very patient with all my questions and I didn't feel coerced or bullied into going through with any suggestions. At the end of the day, better to be a little careful than on the side of the road because I waited too long to replace something. Ultimately got the work done and they had my car ready in no time. Definitely going to have this garage be my go-to spot for repairs and maintenance.”
“The team at this Firestone location went way above and beyond to help me. I’m 1,100 miles from home, in town with my son for a baseball tournament, and my car battery decided it needed to be replaced. I had a new battery that needed to be installed, that I’d purchased elsewhere, and they got me right in to get it put into my car - at no charge. I left this location in tears of disbelief and gratitude for the amazing humans this team is. I truly could not be more thankful. Throughout my entire ordeal, I was treated with extreme kindness and made to feel understood. I was really worried, but they eased my fears completely.”
