The owner quoted me an up-front diagnostic fee, which would go towards the repair if we decided to move forward with it. Since I had the feeling that my issue was relatively minor, I decided to take it to a family friend and to see if we could do the repair ourselves. However, the owner's quote was very reasonable, and he was understanding despite the fact that I didn't leave my car with him. For this reason, I am leaving a positive review, and if my car's issues can't be easily fixed by my friend, I'll gladly be back for his expertise.”

I randomly went into his shop with hopes that someone could finally find a oil leak, I briefly explained it to Ajit, he went away, came back, within seconds pointed the leak out, and repaired it soon after. No doubt he is now my mechanic and I triple "A" recommend him for your auto needs. You wont be disappointed”

“why are you going anywhere else? after a cross-country trip, i took my vehicle to a chain service place for an oil change. a while later, i started to see oil drips in my parking spot. i called diamond bar auto and they had me come right over. the mechanic had a nose around under the hood and under the chassis, showed me the problem, reassured me that i could manage it until i got home to my regular shop, and declined any payment for his time. honest, kind, and professional. i promise you’re not getting this kind of service from the chain places.Service: General repairs & maintenance”

I'm puzzled why the Burbank team couldn't do this or contact Diamond Bar directly, but Andrew's effort and efficiency resolved everything smoothly. Thanks to his dedication, I'm definitely sticking with American Tire Depot for my future needs. Great job, Andrew!”

“vehicle was 2014 Ford Expedition XL 4WD. Got new struts on each wheel. Owner is very well informed on struts. Even Ford had a hard time figuring out which struts fit this vehicle and screwed up twice in a prior replacement. The guy at the counter is the guy who does the work which means nothing gets lost between the counter and the repair. Based on my experience I recommend this place for suspension and brakes. Price was right.”

“Very convenient place. Near target. You can walk in. I arrived at 8：00. Got the oil changed around 9：40 without an appointment. I would say waiting time it's not too bad. He would not charge You anything which is not necessary. The price is fair Compared to my previous shop. The owner is very nice and professional. He explained everything very clearly. “The price and service is as most people write about the smog check. I can't complain about anything. I left my car there before 4pm on a busy Friday, and then crossed the street to buy some groceries. It was ready in less than half an hour before I returned. The only minor inconvenience was the technician who did the smog check. He seemed friendly when I spoke to him on the phone but was aloof and impersonal when I arrived. “I had a wonderful experience. I had just picked up my girlfriend from school and we were headed to the mall to get last minute things to prepare for our Valentines Day dinner. All of a sudden my car started shaking and a loud noise was coming from the front of my car. I thought I had blown a tire because the steering wheel was pulling away from me. I managed to get to the slow lane and exit the freeway safely. I remembered there was a lot of car repair shops nearby so I drove my car to Midas. They were so helpful the manager as well as the mechanic came out listened to the noise I described and briefly test drove the car before we noticed what was wrong. I had recently got my tire replaced and the lug nuts keeping that tire in place were stripped and had fallen off. Due to the fact that it was near closing time they weren’t able to get the parts and fix it that day but they were able to replace the lug nuts with ones I had in car and get me back on the road. I was nervous that I would be stranded that day but they came through for me…well us. I thought our Valentines Day would be ruined but because of their knowledge and quick thinking we were able to enjoy our night. I’ve had some bad experiences with mechanics in the past. The guys here are the most honest and caring guys I’ve dealt with. They were only concerned with our safety not how much money they could make. I…..we really appreciated that. Other mechanics because of the holiday probably would have took the opportunity to cash in due to our vulnerability at the time. They didn’t. I’ll be bringing my car here from now on.”
