“Little things matter. I had the pleasure of renting a basic lift from Chris and it was an unexpected pleasure dealing with both Chris on the front end and the other Chris in the yard. Prompt, pleasant, helpful, and informative. The work I had to complete was grueling and not enjoyable but after a long day, Chris in the yard, made it just a little better. Basic stuff made a difference. He was prompt and right there when I both picked up and dropped off. He was more than pleasant informing me how to use thx lift, even if I've been trained, certified, and Experinced. His communication was outstanding. Both helpful and informative in and out just made a long day a little better. His quick anecdote and short story helped put this in perspective. In a time when business has been taken for granted.
