“Awesome service at this location!It was a Friday afternoon and I had just moved my life from Southern to Northern California. When I arrived in Chico, I knew that I had a small window of time to unload and return my truck to the local facility. Making it within ten minutes of closing, I was grateful to have received the service I got. My U-Haul pick-up location in Southern California turned out to be a less-than-stellar experience so I naturally had low hopes. The young man whom had assisted at the Chico location proved my theory wrong. He came out to greet me as I was pulling in. Not only was he friendly and accommodating, but he also helped guide me as I backed my car from the rented vehicle dolly - something the So Cal location wasn't willing to do. He was polite and didn't try to rush me out even though it was the end of his workday. The facility is right off the freeway but on a small side street, though the business sign offers great freeway visibility. I had no trouble pulling into the wide driveway, either. A great experience overall.”

“A professional place to rent a Uhaul.
