Evan was very friendly and helpful. It turns out the issue with my computer was simply that it needed a new power supply cord, so I was given very detailed information on the type I need and where to get it. He also cleaned my computer while the problem was being diagnosed. I highly recommend this place!

A friend of mine was calling to see if he could get some double sided tape to put in a new screen on my daughters lap top because he didn't need to spend $30 for a whole roll when he only needed about 2 feet. The person informed him that he didn't have any, which would have been fine, but he said that if he did he wouldn't give him any anyhow and hung up.

This place is awesome! I have been looking for a computer repair shop like this sense I moved to Chico! This will be my go to from now on and I highly recommend them to all! Evan helped me. I must say he is quite the professional. Extremely professional and courteous. They actually are really reasonable on price and I checked several places before I found this place. The guy that works there seems to really really care and be knowledgeable. He is without doubt a fully fledged professional who does continuing education and seems really well educated and up to date. Diagnosis as we all know is an art and takes a curious, motivated mind. He seems to really have that and does a great job.

I called them on a Tuesday at 12 and was told they would get back to me ASAP. That turned out to be 23 hours later and not on the number I asked them to call. Obviously, I did not respond.

Wow call to see if they do cleaning and before we can say anything the lady says 179 an hour is our flat rate my laptop was only 100 dollars why would I spend almost twice the amount to have it cleaned oh and they said that dont include parts I mean wow way really stick it to the people huh for a cleaning nothing wrong just a cleaning thats ludicrous prices

Scheduled an appointment to diagnose why my laptop wouldn't boot, and they were ready right on time. The guy opened it and saw scorch marks on the motherboard, so it was immediately clear it was totalled.Normally a diagnostic costs $99, whether they can fix it or not, but because it was so quick to spot, he declined to charge me.That was a pleasant surprise. I will certainly go back if I ever need more computer help ?

After clearing up some miscommunication I upped my stars to 3. They need update and fix some things such as face book and google showing that they are open on Mondays when in fact it just their call center that is open. The website shows the correct hours. Also better communication between the call center and the brick and mortar store. Besides that the Guy at the store was great.

Took in a fresh build that refused to boot up. They ran diagnostics and couldn't find an issue so they tore it back apart. Turns out one of the CPU pins bent a little when our son seated it. They straightened the pin and got it into boot cycle and didn't charge us anything extra for the tear down. Will definitely use their service again in the future

I called 1st thing in the morning with questions about upgrading memory as well as processor and they were no help I had general questions about a computer I was thinking of purchasing and how much it would be to upgrade the storage and processor they kept saying we aren’t an advice line these guys were not helpful at all and plain rude would not recommend them to anyone save your time and go somewhere else !
