Evan was very friendly and helpful. It turns out the issue with my computer was simply that it needed a new power supply cord, so I was given very detailed information on the type I need and where to get it. He also cleaned my computer while the problem was being diagnosed. I highly recommend this place!

The guy that works there seems to really really care and be knowledgeable. He is without doubt a fully fledged professional who does continuing education and seems really well educated and up to date. Diagnosis as we all know is an art and takes a curious, motivated mind.
