“The battery on my old iPhone recently expanded and pushed open the case. I took my phone to Verizon, hoping to fix it. Jose, who I believe is the store manager, told me that the battery was bad and could possibly explode. He explained my options for a new phone clearly, not trying to upsell me. He then proceeded to transfer all my information from my old iPhone to the new one, wiped the data from my old phone, found the correct chargers, case and cover for my new phone, all the time clearly explaining my options. He was a pleasure to deal in and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Jose!”
