Absolutely amazing customer service. Bar none. My device was a no repair. As in, it can't be fixed. Lost a ton of data. However the customer service and the promptness of the replies were crazy!

USPS lost a package but kept the Shipping Tracking open without any updates for 8 days. Contacted Caedon (Tech Lead) to ask if I needed to follow up with USPS or if they had any procedures in house to drill USPS for a search.
