Excellent company to deal with!. Had to replace the logic board in my mid 2011 27" iMac 1312 to fix a fan issue. The logic board they supplied was fixed my problem, looked brand new and the price was very reasonable. Quick shipping as well. My iMac is running perfectly again. Definitely recommend Beetstech to anyone looking for parts for older Apple computers. I'll be contacting them in the future for any parts I need.

I'm so glad that companies like Beetstech exist so that we can extend the life of computers that would otherwise fill the landfill. it helps that they have very knowledgable and friendly support staff to guide you through the purchase process, especially if its your first time upgrading hard ware. Thanks to you, I was able to take my old 2014 mac Mini and make it usable again. Highly recommend these guys and you have a customer for life with me

As a Mac Repair shop in SF I have been using Beetstech as a primary supplier for almost 10 years now. They have a good assortment of Apple parts very well organized and easy to find on their website. Customer service from Caedon is the BEST! I always find what I'm looking for and the warranty policy is awesome! Prices are competitive and shipping is quick. They are my Go-to!

I had an issue with one of their employees that was so bad, I came here to post a review about the experience. The owner reached back out to our business immediately to resolve the issue. Changed my 1-star to a 5-star because the owner has made it clear that it was a one-off situation with a singular employee, he was willing & ready to make it right.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Bar none. My device was a no repair. As in, it can't be fixed. Lost a ton of data. However the customer service and the promptness of the replies were crazy!

I previously gave this company a very bad review. At that point they had refused to issue me a refund for an item I never received. They have since rectified the situation and refunded me my money. So in the spirit of fairness, it is only right of me to fix my review. When someone does the right thing by you, you should return the favor. Thank you Beetstech

USPS lost a package but kept the Shipping Tracking open without any updates for 8 days. Contacted Caedon (Tech Lead) to ask if I needed to follow up with USPS or if they had any procedures in house to drill USPS for a search. Before I knew it, they had already shipped out another package!Amazing responsiveness and Customer Service!

Brought my Macbook in and in 5 minutes I was out with a fixed computer. These guys are FAST, why bother waiting in line or getting appointments somewhere only to give up your machine and pay crazy amounts. These guys are just as good and will help if you wanna repair it yourself too. will be back!
