“My son and I were driving his new/old Tacoma down from Portland and we started having clutch issues. As fate would have it we made it to Chico, home of the foremost vintage Toyota specialist in the world (maybe exaggerating a bit). We called Dan the morning before a holiday weekend and he squeezed us in. We needed an obscure 1995 clutch pedal to get back on the road; Dan had one, new old stock. Incredible. In a couple of hours, as opposed to likely a couple of weeks, we were motoring. Chico Car care was a godsend for us in a pinch. I can only imagine how well they’ll take care of you with enough time to schedule regular service. Thanks Dan”
“Buddy at Tedious Repairs helped me to do my 90,000 mile check up on my Lexus. The closest Lexus dealership to Chico is Roseville, and I was not driving all the way down there. He went through and tested everything the way Lexus would have and then presented me with a detailed packet of all the finding from the inspection. Professional, courteous, honest, and a quality mechanic.”

“I was having trouble with a tire constantly reading low pressure. They found the leak, fixed it for free. Checked out my other tires and advised me how much time I have left on them and how much it would be to replace them. Great people, great service.”

“Customer service was top notch from the very first interaction over the phone.Trevor did a fantastic job.He listened to all my symptoms and wrote down everything I said I replaced on my truck recently chasing my issue.they missed a call from me and called me back as soon as he could,Rememberd my name and i didn’t even leave a voicemail.i dropped my truck off in the morning before work and got a call that it was ready to go before lunch.i had other problems i didn’t want them to address and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything at all.what i wanted fixed was fixed and i was able to drive my truck home that same day.
Overall i give a full five stars.this shop knows what there doing and made everything very pleasant.

“Jim is the best, my wife took our Odyssey to Witmeier Honda here in Chico and they gave her an insane quote for repairs and assure that the Alternator was broken and possibly the AC compressor could have "Black death" and might be the case to replace all of it + the power steering + the belts. I told her that was insane and we should get a second opinion so we took it to Jim, who check it out on a Wednesday and told me that needed to be replaced where the alternator and AC brackets and get the belts.He had done and running two days later. So if you have a Honda never go to Witmeier take it to Jim he is the best!”

They gave me a very good recommendation and advise on what my options will be. I highly recommend their business. God bless!”
“I came in for a tire rotation and found out I needed all 4 new tires. While this is NOT news I wanted to hear, and I did not have 1k to throw in for them, the manager of the store was really nice, he got the cost down almost 200$ for me, he helped me get a credit line set up, and they replaced my tires after closing hours. I offered to come back the next day but they insisted on getting it done. I got a personable experience and he was patient and sympathetic with my situation. In the end the tires were 900, and I have 9 months to pay them off interest free. That's doable. Drove off without paying anything up front. This is why I love America’s tire ? always the best and will always go to them.”
