“These guys are so good and so busy that when you call their shop number you will be lucky if anybody picks up. The quality of their work is always to the point with a very reasonable price tag. The Good people in Paradise need there local shops to do what Chico shops do well and that is move them in and get them out running great. Burkett's one of those kind of shop's ,just don't expect a long conversation when you pickup your vehicle and you pay your bill cause there already working the other guys car. Also, leave a message! They will call back.”

“I went to C&J to ask if the whole headlight assembly needed to be replaced or if it was just a bulb thing. I was just asking because I knew they were always busy so I planned to make an appointment to get it done. Well, Cecil took a look at it, said it was just a bulb. I wondered to myself how long it would take to track down a bulb for a 1995 Camry... Well, it turns out, he had one in stock!!! In a matter of minutes, he had the old one out and the new one in. I am so grateful that he was able to do it the same day and that he had the part on hand. This is going to be my new auto service place!”

“I took my car to another shop in town, highly praised by a family member, and was told I needed an EM but they could not do it. They told me to take to dealer in Chico...I am a firm believer in Paradise first!! I called C&J and told them what I was told and they said they could do it.Took my car in, towed, didn't hear from them for 2 days, so I called. They were very short handed and were checking it out. To make this story a little shorter, after several phone calls, speaking to Cecil and Dora I could NOT convince them I needed an expensive module. Cecil charged my battery, and after checking everything, charged me 1 hr.labor! My car DID NOT need the module and Cecil is a very HONEST man! Thank you.”
