I got help immediately when I arrived. Jeff, Chris, & Roger were super helpful the entire time. They have so much patience, more than I lol but in the end I got my issues resolved. I didn't get my issue with firstnet solved but I did manage to get a new number and line with at&t instead. (I do not recommend firstnet)
