“Working Gear is a wonderful men's workwear store with both work and fashion clothing. They sell Pro Club, Dickies, Carhartt, Levi's, Ben Davis and Yago. They also have a huge supply of work boots. Their cost is in most cases below Amazon. Big and tall is here as well. The staff is so friendly and the store has been in Simi for over 30 years. We love supporting small businesses!”
“Can’t say enough good things about the Milk Room. The owners Greg and Rob put their heart and soul into this place and it shows. They have an amazing collection of clothes and super reasonable prices.It can sometimes be intimidating to walk into a vintage shop, but these guys made everyone who walked in comfortable. Greg and Rob are just so personable and down to earth. When Rob heard I loved animal tees, he went in the back and brought out this crazy dolphin tee for me. Most vintage shops would charge well over $30 for it and he threw it in for $10.They also have a recording studio in the back and let tons of young bands use their space to perform. The vibes here are just amazing and I’m so happy I stopped by.Best shop in LA, hands down!”

“I recently visited Old Navy in Stevenson Ranch to make some returns, and the service I received was exceptional. Gia, who was in training, handled my returns with great professionalism. Even when she had questions, she remained courteous. Her supervisor, Maddy, was incredibly knowledgeable and assisted Gia with such kindness and patience. “I stopped by this Ross location this morning to get a sandle to wear inside or outside the house. I had time to waste before my wife graduation near by so I stopped by here. They weren't that busy since I came in the early morning but the bad part is that they only had 1 cashier working. I found the sandle I wanted so I got it and went to the line to pay for it. The person working the jewelry or sunglasses area was confusing some older guest she was helping and giving them conflicting information. She was helping them but instead of letting them pay with her, she told them to get in line which was long and pay for their item. The older guest were old with a crane so when I was the next guest about to pay, I let them go since they were there before me anyway. The store was nicely organized in the morning though so it was one of the nicer Ross I been to.”
“I just can’t emphasize enough how grateful I am for the owner, Miss Kelly who with each encounter seems only to grow more gracious and accommodating and happy to assist. There is a genuine air of sincerity when she speaks and no sense of impatience or malevolence. She treats the customer with the smallest of purchases as kindly as she would one who made the cash register sing! When I telephone she comes to the phone and is calm and kind and professional and so personal that you almost think she must remember you! Though I can no longer make it to the store, please go yourself and buy lots of her unique and quality gifts and wearables as this is good energy we want more of in this world! “It has been a while since I've shopped at Uniqlo but they have really stepped their game up. The store is very nicely kept and super clean. The quality of the clothes have improved and are still a very good deal. I with there was a Uniqlo closer to me. All of their clothes seem to fit me perfectly. The checkout process was super fast. Their new registers blew our minds and made everything so easy.”
“If you are going to an Indian wedding, this is the best place in the valley to go to. Huge selection of lehengas, saris, jewelry and everything else you need. The owner is soooo sweet and knows what the latest fashion is and can help you find everything you need. She has a lady who comes on certain days of the week and can do alterations right on the spot. I got a lehenga skirt, crop top, shawl, and jewelry for very reasonable prices. I've never been to an Indian wedding before and I am not too familiar with the culture, so I am so grateful that the owner helped me get everything I needed. This is located in the same shopping center as Ralph's. Plenty of parking in the lot.”

“Ruby helped me yesterday and gave me some of the best customer service I have ever gotten. I'm a new mom and since having my son have really struggled with my postpartum body. Ruby was able to relate to that feeling and she helped me find a whole new wardrobe. She could tell that I felt lost and didn't know what to pick out or where to start. She spent extra time with me and encouraged me to try sizes and outfits I would have never thought to pick because I'm not good at fashion and because of her, my self-esteem is renewed. What she did for me in the store goes beyond excellent customer service. She fixed my confidence issue and made me feel like a new woman. It's rare to meet a retail worker that passionate about helping others. Also, GAP has amazing leggings that are very well priced and even though crop tops are in fashion you can find real whole shirts in this store that are wonderful quality. I also recommend the cigarette jeans. If you are a new mom or insecure about your body just wait to see Ruby (the lady with purple hair). She will help you. Thank You GAP!”
