“The manager and staff at this location are all amazingly friendly. We went in when it was a little bit of a down type (mid week). All of the staff were assisting us and answering questions. If there was something that they didn't have in store, the manager offered to mail it to us. It was overall a great experience, especially considering most customer service is going down at a lot of retail locations.”

“Came here so my partner could get some clothes. They had some pretty good deals and the shits he got were nice and light not too heavy at all and had a great vintage look to them. He also got some shorts that were on sale. The come to find out store manager was helping us check out. She was so nice and was really friendly very inviting. I never been here before, but I can definitely see myself coming here when it's my time to get some items. Great atmosphere”

“This is a premium styles store so most of their jeans are 100% cotton or close to it. They can embroider and fix jeans too. But what I wanted to highlight is their customer service. There were at least 3 people that worked together to help and get me the styles I asked for. Justin stood out with a smile, eager to answer and find what I needed. I'll be going back!”

“It has been a while since I've shopped at Uniqlo but they have really stepped their game up. The store is very nicely kept and super clean. The quality of the clothes have improved and are still a very good deal. I with there was a Uniqlo closer to me. All of their clothes seem to fit me perfectly. The checkout process was super fast. Their new registers blew our minds and made everything so easy.”

“My first time at this store and I loved it! The clothing and accessories are gorgeous! Unfortunately, we encountered a disturbing experience with a robbery at the mall. This review is for the staff at this store location. The way they handled the situation and made sure we were all safe was so amazing! Emily took charge the during the entire time and made sure we were all okay! While everyone in the mall was screaming and running out, she put herself in harms way and locked the doors and directed all of us to the back for our safely. Emily, Natalie and the entire staff of Madewell...thank you so much for keeping us safe! I will definitely stop by Madewell, not only to shop for the great clothes, but to visit these girls!”

“I stopped by this Hot Topic location while waiting for the John Wick movie to start. I came to this store to look if they have any Hey Arnold shirts since my wife loves that TV show. When I walked in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I just told him that I was browsing and burning time before the movie. This store has a lot of t shirts but no Hey Arnold shirts. They have decent amount of merchandise so if you're a fan of Hot Topic, you should visit this store.”

“First time shopping at this store! My daughter is 14 and happens to like their clothes. Upon walking in we was welcomed by an employee and offered help if needed. It is filled with hot trendy pieces at an affordable price point! The set up of this store and their merchandise is so in and very much branded by the seasons! The aesthetic and feel of this store is also reminiscent of the 90's style as well. Great inventory! I also had the pleasure of speaking with the Manager Santi! She was super friendly and we spoke for quite a while. I was able to get an in depth feel for this review as I stayed in the store for the better half of the hour. The employees work very well with each other. As customers came in the employees were very friendly and walking about the store seeing to it that customers were tended too;whether for a fitting room or being checked out at the register. These employees work very hard as they were also putting out new inventory as well. I highly recommend this store. You will love it!”

“Ruby helped me yesterday and gave me some of the best customer service I have ever gotten. I'm a new mom and since having my son have really struggled with my postpartum body. Ruby was able to relate to that feeling and she helped me find a whole new wardrobe. She could tell that I felt lost and didn't know what to pick out or where to start. She spent extra time with me and encouraged me to try sizes and outfits I would have never thought to pick because I'm not good at fashion and because of her, my self-esteem is renewed. What she did for me in the store goes beyond excellent customer service. She fixed my confidence issue and made me feel like a new woman. It's rare to meet a retail worker that passionate about helping others. Also, GAP has amazing leggings that are very well priced and even though crop tops are in fashion you can find real whole shirts in this store that are wonderful quality. I also recommend the cigarette jeans. If you are a new mom or insecure about your body just wait to see Ruby (the lady with purple hair). She will help you. Thank You GAP!”

“Nice store always clean and well stocked. Prices aren't bad but seem to be a little higher because this is a mall location. Prices were cheaper in Agoura at a stand alone location. Staff is always friendly, and some pretty decent deals on their racks if you know where to look. Convenient location in the mall makes it easy to get to, and it's never slammed.”

“I went to this place to exchange my shoes which i got it a week ago and wear it for an hour to check how comfortable is and got some scratches under the shoes, i was worrying if they will take it back from me.I talked to Frieda Zatz who is the manager of this location and explain what happened and she helped me with that and took the shoes back and let me exchange the shoes. they act so nice even when i bought the first shoes.”

I've been shopping with Banana Republic during the late 1980's even before the GAP bought them in the 1990's. It's really nice to see the new journey the Banana Republic design group is taking by bringing back styles based on the heritage of its past while updating colors, fabrics and fit for today's shoppers. “I stopped by this H&M location while waiting for my movie to start. I wanted to see if they had any new colors for their easy iron dress shirt since those are one of the only product I wear from here. They didn't have a lot of selection and I didn't see anything that I like so I went to look at their dress jacket and pants. They had some good colors and the prices were not so bad so maybe I'll get them when they are on sale. The store is pretty organized and there were workers walking around the store if you need any help. This H&M is 2 stories so they'll likely have more stuff than other H&M location.”

“After 8 months of not being able to drive or go shopping, yesterday was finally the day I was able to treat myself and give it a go. I sustained a pretty bad neck injury last year, and still struggle with looking down and fully being able to turn my neck. I was a bit apprehensive about trying clothes on, as I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to zip up or button up clothing without needing some help. Fortunately for me I was blessed to have the best Girl that was working in the fitting room. I wish I had asked her name, cause she was absolutely wonderful. She helped me tie my skirt, grab more jeans I needed, & was super patient and compassionate. I'm very grateful. I was there on 7/8/22 Between 2pm & 4pm. Hopefully this review will make it back to her!”

“This Zara is my least favorite to go to BUT is the closest one to me. Last night the young lady who helped me find a shoe I really wanted was the best! The only had one on the floor and the second shoe was missing. I asked if she could help me and she did! She was great Nigin I believe was her name! She was the sweetest and told me she was there to help. Believe me when I say I asked 2 other associates to help and they said they could not. The other young women at the register was so upset she was helping me and even told the other associate that she should have just told me it was sold out. Where is the customer service? She obviously hates her job. This is why I’d rather drive farther to a different Zara but thanks to Nigin for the help! Zara needs to hire more people like her and less like the other young lady. This was 5/5/23 around 7pm.”
“If you are going to an Indian wedding, this is the best place in the valley to go to. Huge selection of lehengas, saris, jewelry and everything else you need. The owner is soooo sweet and knows what the latest fashion is and can help you find everything you need. She has a lady who comes on certain days of the week and can do alterations right on the spot. I got a lehenga skirt, crop top, shawl, and jewelry for very reasonable prices. I've never been to an Indian wedding before and I am not too familiar with the culture, so I am so grateful that the owner helped me get everything I needed. This is located in the same shopping center as Ralph's. Plenty of parking in the lot.”
