“I initially went to the AT&T on South Street by Cerritos Mall because I was in the area.. they were so unhelpful and you can tell just trying to make a sale without caring for my needs. I ended up leaving and coming to the one on bloomfield. I usually only come to this one and I always have a great experience. Carlos greeted me right at the door and asked what he could help me with. I had alot of changes i wanted to make, and alot of questions on how and what i should do. Carlos was not only patient, but gave various options and you can tell me was there for my best interest. “This T-Mobile store is in a very busy plaza. Lots of traffic, with cars in and out of the neighboring restaurants. I came here to replace my screen protector on a busy Sunday evening. The employees were welcoming, quickly assisted me with my screen protector replacement. The young man who applied it was very professional and did a great job. Thank you, T-Mobile!”

“Terrible customer service. Manager does not care about his customers. The screen protector they applied that I paid 40 dollars for keeps getting air bubbles. Manager fault out tells me there's nothing they can do. No refund, no replacement, nothing. Do not buy from them. They are scammers.”

I settled bill at this location. Other store manager refused dealing with me at all. Refused to take call of customer Service Tmobile team to resolve issue. Never got kicked out of a store over bill problem and lost pin. Very upset about being kicked out. Do not go to TMobile at Cerritos Town center in California they might just kick you out so they do not have to deal with your TMobile problems.”

“Make sure u check your receipts/ I didn't of course until I noticed the total was higher than expected lol.... Obviously I took a look and 4 packages of valentines candy rung up as regular price. So I came back, luckily I hadn't even gotten in my car yet so it was easier:) Anyway there was no waiting at customer service desk and was helped right away. I haven't been to this target location.... Lots to see always good selection of cute items and well clean and organized.”

“I was impressed today for a couple of reasons. I now see how remodeling inside has helped the store. It seems organized and clean. To top it off, the woman in front who checks receipts was very good about returning something to me on the way out of the door. At first I thought I did something g wrong. I offered her something because it was very nice of her to get my attention the way she did. She has been at this Wal Mart for a long time. I wish I had gotten her name. I will return.”

“I would like to begin by saying I had a horrible experience in a corporate Verizon store in Downey that made me want to leave Verizon as a customer And from all people a manager. I walked into the Cerritos location and was met by yet another Manager who on my eyes deserves a promotion. I explained my situation and Ricardo was more than happy to help me. I didn't have the device I needed to return with me so he told me to just bring it in and he would be more than happy to help. I did indeed come back the next day. But by that time I decided I really didn't like the way I was treated and told Ricardo my apologies, in spite of what we spoke of yesterday I've decided I I would no longer like to be a Verizon customer. He expressed his sincerest apologies and went about trying to disconnect my service. He was extremely patient and very understanding and empathetic to the situation so much so I decided to keep my service with Verizon, and I truly believe if it wasn't for Ricardo, I would not have done so. I wanted to Thank him for being so kind it went a very long way. I will never return to the Downey location under any circumstances but Ricardo and the Cerritos location was able to help keep a customer.”
