“My mom and I was just at this location 6/23/22, the customer service was above and beyond! My mom had alot of different stuff going on her phone, the two team members took the time help all the issues, even took the time to down load a song she wanted for a ring tone. They didn't have to do that!They made us feel so welcome.And also to mention my mom is with a cane I'm on crutches and the young lady right away was getting my mom a chair to bring a chair at the counter so she can sit, and then also was offering me one as well.... That is taking care of your guest..Thank you again for going above and beyond ?”

“I found a few options online for getting a new phone line, but decided to see what a B&M can offer. Bottom line: Boost will make it hard for you to do your transactions in a physical store by having the online options sooooo much better. It’s too bad.Why five stars? Walking into a store gave me a chance to talk with the staff there. Physical stores have a rep for having vultures inside to prey on people. These physical stores are renowned for that. It doesn’t even have to be Boost. ALL telecom stores have vultures. I can tell you now: the staff I spoke with (Christian) is not one of those. He was helpful and tried his darndest best to find solutions. Even if in the end, we realized that online. Is best for me, I never felt I was a bother or a burden. Kudos to you, Christian! You’ll go places. Just don’t stay with a company (like Boost) that will hamper your growth with inane policies.”

“I came to this T-mobile wanting to switch from Verizon to T-mobile. We came in and 10 seconds later an employee named RJ helped us immediately. He was super nice and helped us switch our 2 apple watches and our 2 phone lines. RJ is the man he was awesome. He even gave me a free pen and notebook. I will only go this this T-mobile now. Highly recommend! Very good experience.”

“Had amazing customer service with Luis! He started my new account so fast and I was here for only like 20 minutes. We also had to cancel the prior account my old roommate was on first, get new equipment and input my low income discount and I was still only there for less than 30 minutes. I've gone through such a hassle before doing the same thing and it took forever, with not good customer service. This was such a relief for me. Thank you Luis, you are awesome at your job and great with customers. My WiFi is working great too and it was so easy to set up and make an online account.”

That poor guy sat there for 3 hours with me and helped me sort out all my Verizon based issues haha I've never been a fan of this location BUT I have to say, I've had a change of heart. Adam is super helpful, empathetic, and genuinely kind. He made sure I was taken care of walking into the store, up til the moment he held the door open for me to walk back out. He showed no signs of frustration, kept his cool even when he had to call in for help, and was calm and super polite the entire time. Thanks for making this transaction a wonderful experience and leaving me with a more positive attitude toward this specific location. I can only hope that it wasn't the longest 3 hours of your life, but rather that it sped up your day. :) God bless”

“I first met Kim at L-Seven Wireless on New Years Day 2020.. I realized my monthly service had gone off late on New Year’s Eve .. I had thought the renewal was during the first week of every month ..All stores were closed for the holiday . I was desperately driving around and saw her store open !She had decided to open for the holiday in case anyone needed help .. ?In almost 8 months since then .. Kim and her son have helped me with payments, product purchases, and solving technical problems (My I-phone speaker stopped working and re-charging issues)I have worked with 5 shops over the years .. L-Seven Wireless has been the friendliest and has the best prices .. They can order from a wide selection of products .. They are patient and have a “can do” attitude ..”
