“If i can give more than 5 stars i would! this place did what best buy and apple couldnt do! They were able to fix my phones lcd and speaker within 2 hours and it cost less than 300. Best buy and apple told me the phone was no good and i would need a new one, apparently that wasnt the case because the people at city cell were able to fix it with no problem within the same day. Theyve definitely earned my business moving forward. Thank you City Cell!”

“Went in today, ready to have a headache from my dad’s phone completely dying the evening before. Thinking of buying a new phone, expensive, transferring every thing over, tedious, not how I wanted to have my lunch break to go, but here we are. “I am so happy this Cricket store is actually open on Sundays! I went to my usual Cricket location on Carpenter Rd to pay my bill on the last day it was due or I would be shut off. According to the hours posted online and on the store door they were open until 6 pm, I was there at 5pm and they were closed. So I had to find a location that was still open and I found the Paradise location was open, I called to verify and the young lady said she was open until 6pm. I was able to pay my bill and not have interupted service.”
