Also, Jamal is a great mentor. I can tell that he was the manager. Not micro managing at all but more so chiming in when needed…which meant he has trust in his team and vice versa. “These 5 stars are for Donna in the lumber department. My 72 year old husband needed help grabbing 4x4s and 6' posts. There were three younger guys who were busy talking to each other and didn't seem to notice or care that we were struggling to get the lumber off the shelf. By the time we got to the register my husband's hands and arms were bleeding. Donna didn't hesitate to take him over to another area and actually wipe the blood off his hands and bandaged him up. She was genuinely concerned and felt bad that no one offered to help him. We need more people like Donna who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you Donna for being an asset to Home Depot!”

A big disappointment the Greek team was no help - he rushed me out as if he was eati g Ori was disturbing him - he took my number and I had to ask him was he giving me a appointment? He replied oh I didn't know I wanted it I left with my husband. We went to computer guys and they fixed it in the same day. I shop around for a new laptop. I walked back in two day later I knew exactly what wanted no help needed. In and out..”

“I hope this review gets taken seriously for l am a manager myself at my workplace. For one, I love coming here with my husband for shopping, employees are super nice and always greet us but, on days when I just want to be left alone, I use self check out, it has the word self in it for a reason. I know the workers want to be helpful and do their job but I do self checkout for a reason, I don't want to be hovered and be asked questions when I'm ringing my stuff up. Also, l've recently came by and over heard a rude employee, maybe a supervisor? I think her apron read Deb for Debbie, But that is just absolutely wrong to be rude to your own employees. Hopefully they talk to her about her attitude!! ????”

“Home Depot has friendly helpful staff to answer your home improvement questions and can help you if you just can't decide on how to start a project. Just start is the key. For example, yesterday I went in to find lumber for another job and Charlie in customer service helped me set up my Pro Account to organize all my receipts and track them without having to keep them myself. Thanks Charlie. The plants in the garden department are lovely with plants at bloom and almost bloom you are sure to find color for the yard for last minute party decorations or plants getting ready to bloom which will allow the plant to establish and then bloom for your wedding or event. Nice lumber and clean store.”

“Home Depot delivery of my dishwasher showed up on time. Henry the technician who installed the dishwasher came with two other guys, one from El Salvador and the other one from Brooklyn, New York. They were courteous and pleasant to work with. Henry had a very nice surprised for me. Since I didn't opted for installation, which was for $180, and $50 bucks for hauling my broken dishwasher, he offered to installed and haul my old dishwasher as a compliment of Riverbank, Home Depot. This even included the new hoses and the air gap. Being retired and with the bad economy that was big blessing and was so delighted that I almost feel like hugging Henry. For gratuity I gave them a fair tip not much but enough for a nice lunch for all 3 of them. Those guys and Home Depot Riverbank made my day blessed. Thank you.”

“The prices of NEW appliances are outrageous! I had a power surge problem and it fried all my appliances! I'm a retired, fixed income, senior citizen. I went to TONY'S USED APPLIANCE, on Railroad Ave. in Ceres, They were the nicest people, super friendly and most of all, AFFORDABLE! The appliance comes with 90 day warranty. And YES they stand behind every appliance they sell. So I basically got a new kitchen I could afford, refrigerator with ice and water in door,side by side, range and oven, ( gas,)for less than I would have paid for just a range and oven!! These guys are the best! Try them out if you ever get into a jam. They deliver and take the old stuff away. Real Nice looking appliance and very very CLEAN, even the store itself is very clean, so no worry about bugs!! Many thanks to Tony's You saved me a bundle and stress. Helen Knoll”
