Bought a $1400 septic tank and was missing what was probably a $15 part. They refused to provide it saying it wasn't included even though it came with one out of the two needed and the bag with parts was torn open. Lost a customer. Horrible customer service.

They were a big help. I bought a moen faucet my pull-up hose had a hole. Could not find a replacement until I called this company and a new hose was delivered to my front door the next day.
