“Due to the travel restrictions in my country with the hurricane thats traveling I am unable to travel. I tried the bot system but I lost connection and decided to call instead I received assistance from Mariana. She was very soft spoken, clear and calm. Mariana was very understanding and attentive and assisted me with making a new reservations very fast and accurate. She explained every step and ensured everything was completed properly. Thank you Mariana your assistance was greatly appreciated.”
“I write few reviews. But Paul Francisco who attended to me definitely deserves this review. I booked online. When I arrived my rental was ready and the paperwork was minimal. He is very professional with a quick smile. The rentals are new. I had a 2024 Toyota Corolla LE. The return was even easier. Excellent service. The rental was washed with a full tank of gas. I hope you consider this car rental for your future needs. Better than the bigger companies. Ask for Paul. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Ivan, Freddy, and the whole team were very kind and helpful. The car we initially reserved got in an accident the day before but DriveLa made it very easy to switch to a different one. The car was clean when we picked it up and had half a tank of gas. Needless to say the driving experience was amazing and I would 100% come back again. Best birthday ever!”
“New review as of Jan 29, 2023: Tremendous difference. Both in December 2022 and in January 2023, I found the Executive section filled with brand-new luxury brands (Mercedes, Lexus, BMW, even Alpha Romeo, etc.) The few staff members I had contact with were all friendly and courteous and helpful. Complete turnaround for the better, compared to my previous experience in 2021.
Previous review in 2021: Unlike the pre-COVID time, we found the LAX lot this time had very few selections for Executive level. The car we chose had trash on the floor in the back, causing us to seriously disinfect the car ourselves since it looked like it had not been cleaned with care. Most disturbingly, when we returned the car, the employee that checked our car stuck his head into the car to check for fuel level for a very long time, while I was still in the passenger seat. When he finally lifted up his head, I was horrified to see that his mask was worn on his neck instead of his face!”

“We rented a car in the month of April and our experience was superlative. Primarily, our rental consisted on a Toyota SUV which, due to the lack of it, was upgraded to a BMW X1 without any additional cost. During the whole process we were assisted by Gerrell, who was not only extremely attentive but also very considerate upon all our requests, having to mention also he seemed a very kind person himself. The whole of the staff was really supportive and, although Gerrell conducted most of it, helped to solve our overall doubts and needs. All in all, I would rank this experience a 10, given that we also had no inoconvenients with the car during our 3 week roadtrip.”

“I rent cars on a regular basis and I do all over the country. That said I have become an Right Cars convert. Their customer service is second to none! They will bend over backwards to get you the car that is perfect for you. Recently I rented a car at LAX airport and it was very crowded, I was worried it would take a long time to get paired with a car but the employees kept the line moving and got me out in record time. Another item I like is that their inventory is always up to date with the newest vehicles in great shape. Their prices are competitive, but even if they cost a bit more you get what you pay for and it is worth it. Rent with confidence!”

“I am not one to write Google reviews usually, but I couldn't help myself in this case. At Legends, you absolutely will not find a better rental experience in Los Angeles. From the customer service to the inventory - these guys are the absolute best. We used Legends to rent a car for our engagement photo shoot and they helped us pick the absolutely perfect vehicle for the occasion (a real 1950's Porsche Speedster!). I cannot say enough about how wonderful the entire staff that works for Legends is, especially the owner Donnie! You will be absolutely thrilled with your experience here and know that you are using the best car from the best people.”
“I usually rent a car at a famous American car rental shop next to the airport, but maybe because of the effects of the coronavirus outbreak, last time it took me almost 2 hours, so I rented a car here for the first time because I didn't want to waste time.
There was no waiting time and the service was very smooth with Japanese support.
It was a Japanese car, not an American one, so I was able to drive it comfortably.”

“We rented a Maverick Campervan for 10 days to drive from Denver to LA and had the trip of a lifetime! Neither of us are really the “camping type” but the Escape Campervan made it easy to stay overnight inside National Parks and cover huge distances between them on the road so it was the perfect choice for us. The kitchen set up was everything we needed (with the rented kitchen set), the bed was surprisingly comfortable even with the rented bedding, and our van even had Bluetooth for our music needs which was an unexpected bonus. We rented the camping chairs and camping table too (although most of the camping sites we booked had tables) but it certainly was useful to have our own gear for picnics and lunch stops on the road. We also paid for the full insurance and were so grateful for that when we unfortunately had a crash on our final day. Dealing with the Escape team throughout that incident was nothing short of amazing though - they were concerned for us and helped us navigate the next steps with no blame or shame. We literally handed back the keys in LA and walked away with no further action needed despite significant damage to the van! The Denver team went above and beyond for us at pick up too by ensuring we had a good charger in our van and taking extra time with us to make sure we felt comfortable with our van and the set up. We will absolutely hire another Escape Campervan in the future. RIP to our dragon van though. We hope she can get back on the road soon!”

“You need to know that Simcha Kagan at Universal Car Leasing & Sales is a magician. He found the perfect car for me, gave terrific advice, and was a pleasure to work with. Because of him we were able to pay less than half of the percentage that our local dealer would have charged us for financing and even with that we ended up with a new car instead of a pre-owned car. Truly amazing ... and I LOVE my car. We will definitely use Simcha next time we purchase a car!”
