“I came back to luxury line auto rental again this past couple weeks because while I was out of town and had my car parked at my apartment building I got a call that my neighbor's friend had backed into my parked car and knocked my bumper off (something you REALLY don't want to find out about on vacation) While I was out of town I made arrangements to have a friend take my car to the shop for me so it could start repairs right away but I needed a car for when I got back. I called luxury line the day before I was set to return to make sure I would have transportation when I got back home and they were able to hook me up with a 2018 mercedes gle. The car was perfect for what I needed to get around and they were even able to arrange for me to pick the car up right at the airport when I landed so I wouldn't have to deal with ubering home from the airport and then ubering to their office. What's more, I ended up needing to keep the car an extra week than I originally anticipated and Marilu made it extremely easy to extend the rental and the rate was a lot less than I thought it would be seeing as how I had the car for two weeks (really helps the person who hit my car more than me since she'll be paying for it in the end anyway) but I was still really pleased at the final invoice. After my initial rental experience with this company a few years ago and my experience these past two weeks, I am convinced that you could not get a better rental experience from anywhere else.”

“Budget continue to impress me. Helpful friendly phone staff always help me when I have a question about online booking. Recently I made an error on my online booking and Budget management gave me a credit car voucher which I really appreciated to help my transport needs for my trip.I often drop my car to their LAX drop off location and I am consistently impressed with the speed of processing and the friendliness of the staff. One even helped carry my extra bag to the bus! The busses are frequent and the drivers are always great to ask which terminal you are going to and clearly call out the location so you know when to get off.Highly recommend Budget for good value and great experiences.”
