“Jill and your Service Crew are Fantastic. I had a flat on my V90 up in the high desert; they waited for me to get down to Palm Springs Volvo Service late afternoon on a Friday and they all pitched in to get me 4 new tires and a Scheduled Service! My Goodness am I Grateful for them all. If you had a 10 Star rating system, Jill and Palm Springs Volvo Service get an 11 from me. Gratefully, Wade Williams”

“I came in with one intention only and that was for me to leave the dealer with my very own first car. Andrew Goodman was very helpful, he answered all my questions. He was a really great sport, even gave me some advice. In a matter of minutes I left the dealer with a brand new 2024 Lexus n× 350, thanks to Andrew and all his help.”

“This will probably be my last car purchase and I shutter to think how much a new one would be in another 20 years. I had a Ford Expedition Limited since it was new in 2005, & seems like a bunch of miles for me, but it just turned over 86,000. I rented a Dodge Challenger in 2019 when my truck was in the body shop & when it came time to turn it in, I didn't want to. I loved my big V8 SUV that was the closest thing that I was ever going to get to a Lincoln Town Car in the way that it drove & handled but I was tired of 9 miles per gallon in town and 14-15 on the road. So with my love of the rented Challenger with the V6 from 2019 and my current thinking that I don't want to keep a vehicle much longer than 18 years (plus it was about time to put new tires on it and that's when I normally trade vehicles), I started my search online which was really nice until I started getting calls from all kinds of dealers around me trying to earn my business. It reminded me of the old days that I detest so much when buying a new car. I previously had some email interaction with my salesman, Ernie, probably about a year ago and I don't think he would remember me but I already had in mind that I was going to buy the car from Crystal Chrysler simply because it was close to my house and it's in the same city that I reside in and the sales tax is 8.75% instead of right next to me it's 9.5%. So on $40,000 + it makes a little difference in the bottom line. When I met Ernie in person, I felt very comfortable with him in person.I had already made up my mind that I had to order a car because my internet research was just 2022 models that had packages on them that I did not want. Ernie did his best to find me something comparable to what I wanted but either it was missing the top end stereo i had to have or there were options included that were of no use to me.I also had contacted Costco auto purchase program and was very disappointed in that. The dealership was in Orange County south of LA which is about a 2-hour trip and I only spoke to the salesperson by telephone but he seemed nice. I gave him all the specs that I wanted and he came back to me and said that his manager said he couldn't help me. Boom just like that and I replied asking what did he suggest I do and he didn't bother to reply to me. I then went back to Ernie at Crystal Chrysler. I told him what had happened and that we needed to sit down and complete an order for 2023 Challenger. This was on November 30th of 2022. At that time, I was told it could be up to 6 months before my car would arrive so given that it's the last year that they were making the Challenger, I felt lucky. My luck improved as time went by because the order was acknowledged by Dodge on December 21st and then scheduled for production in January which occurred on the 18th. On the 23rd it was shipped and arrived from its long journey on February 13th.I was a little nervous when I went to the dealership on Valentine's Day because I was given a receipt for the $1,000 that I put up for the special order and no contract or any other paperwork per se. The Dodge site did specify that the sticker price that came on the car was not necessarily the price that I would pay. Initially Ernie told me before I ordered my car that I would pay $3,000 over sticker price for a Challenger because of it being the last year and I quickly told him that I was not going to pay $3,000 over asking price. I was willing to pay sticker price and that was agreed upon via text messages at the time of order. So I was relieved when I did arrive to pick up the car that there were no surprises and we shook hands and went with the dealer financing that was offered because of the extended warranty. Dealer financing offered at the same rate USAA was quoting for financing. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the way this transaction took place & I will gladly refer this dealership.I also believe in patronizing the dealer for service. Their ratings were good so I look forward to future exper”

“I can't be anymore grateful for Danny Ramos who works as a service advisor for the mechanic portion of the dealership . Not only has his work been absolutely incredible (I never return for the same issue) but his whole attitude and demeanor really magnify the great customer experience for me. I would recommend any repairs or maintenance to be done here and be sure to ask for Danny, he's the best.”
