“After going to an auto parts store down the street, and wasting 30 minutes, I gave up waiting and left. I drove down to Carquest, which I passed on my way to the other. Outside, this store could use some help, with the faded sign it doesn't really grab your attention. Yet, inside I had a "hello" from the clerk as soon as I entered and I found what I needed fast. I waited behind one person for a minute and, after another a minute or two, I was getting my receipt and headed out. Given the service, or lack of service, I had down the street, I was blown away how this place looked old and behind, but was actually helpful and quick. This place is a great find and I highly recommend it!”

“While waiting in line I overhead another customer say how NAPA has a 1.5 rating on Yelp and so I had to see for myself because there's no way that this store could have such a bad image! Reading through the other reviews it's sounds less about the quality of the parts and the store and more that customers want to be waited on hand and foot. NEWS FLASH: BASIC car maintenance is knowing how to install your own wipers, knowing what fluids your car takes (fyi it says in your manual OR on the CAPS) and being able to read the back of a receipt that states their return policy. I wish I could give out 10 stars because I've always had an amazing time with the guys up front. I'm always understanding when a part is unable to be found or if they don't sell the part because Auto Part stores are all AFTERMARKET, they're designed to work with multiple cars or the vendors have stopped making parts for cars that are FIFTY YEARS OLD. Yelp is meant to give an honest opinion on the stores' quality, not to use as an attack against the workers just because you feel above everyone in your *cough* pre-owned *cough* "Luxury" car.”

“Had the worst experience over at fiesta Ford a few days ago. My fiancé and myself purchased our first vehicle together. It was a used car only had 28k miles and looked great so we jumped on it. The salesman Wilson was professional and tried to make our experience special. Unfortunately we had to drive back home to get paperwork needed as well as feed our dogs. My fiancé is on the spectrum, although you would never know by looking at him or speaking to him. As he is very articulate, highly intelligent and extremely charismatic. Daniel the manager reached out to us over the phone and proceeded to completely embarrass my fiancé. First he made fun of his name, questioning if that was really his name and he kept repeating it slowly and than in a mocking tone. He than became a total bully and began to call us unintelligent and slow, and completely hilarious for asking to get the tail light fixed which was cracked and a piece of it was missing. Also there were good size paint chips and dents. We mentioned all this to Wilson who automatically said don't worry about it. That they would fix everything including the paint/dents. So we were satisfied with this. Again Daniel the manager mocked us and said no way in heck were we getting that, and we were mistaken and liars because that was never talked about. Once my fiancé insisted that was not the case and we were in fact telling the truth. Daniel the manager stated that he's the boss and what he says goes. Ultimately there would be nothing done or fixed and if we didn't like that, not to come back and get the car for us to go away and the car would be sold to someone else period. He also stated that my fiance was fortunate to even be talking to Daniel or doing business with fiesta Ford as his credit is terrible and he should be great full he's even getting a car. The level of unprofessionalism, mockery, border line harrasement was down right disgusting. We ended up buying the car as we wanted to prove to him and anyone else that we did have the money to purchase the vehicle, and despite our poor credit scores (678 him, and 702 me) this was our first buying experience and we were determined to not let him completely ruin it for us. We want to purchase a 2024 mustang GT next. After much consideration we thought about heading back there in a few weeks. We decided not to and actually stopped by your dealership. We were completely taken care of and will be purchasing the mustang GT from you all in the very near future. Side note the used car we purchased only had 28k miles but the check engine light came on 2 days later and than the over due service light followed and has stayed on. Apparently someone had rolled back the dates on the service records on the GPS/navigation screen and erased the current dates and put 2014 so the service lights would not show. We updated and all the lights and what not immediately came on. How shady. So done with fiesta Ford. My fiancé called fiesta Ford 2-3 days later and ended up speaking to apparently one of the heads who has been there for 30 years . He was very very nice and apologized and helped us narrow down the name of the manager Daniel. He gave us his number said he would get to the bottom of it and give us an update later on. We never heard back from him, only until we messaged him and told him about the service lights he said for us to bring it by next week (this week) and they would take a look. We mentioned the taillight/paint/dent but he never responded in regards to any of that. I'm not holding my breathe for a good outcome, we will see what happens. But rest assure we will be back to your dealership instead for all our future ford/car purchases as you all truly made us felt welcome in the little time we were passing through.”

“Dear Dan JessupI called Jessup and was very fortunate that Ron Austin Service Manager picked up my call. Apparently, the service desks were short five staffed due to an illness. I explained my 2023 Cadillac XT5 was making a noise in the wheel well when making sharp right hand turns. He scheduled an appointment with me the next morning to take it for a ride so he could hear the noise which fortunately it did. I left my car at the dealership with Ron to review and identify the issue with the technician. His communication was excellent. He followed up with texts and phone calls to let me know that the strut needed to be replaced because the spring was rubbing against the vendor. He said he would have to order the part which would take approximately 4 days to receive. He explained, I could drive the vehicle with no safety issues or cause more damage until the part came in. He offered to arrange transportation for me to pick up my car or drive my car to me. When the part arrived, Savanah called me to arrange a date and time for me to drop off my car. Per Ron, she reserved a loaner for me to drive while my car was being repaired. I appreciated that Ron took the time to ride with me to identify and diagnose the noise. Because I drive the vehicle, I knew exactly how and when the noise occurred. If he hadn’t, the issue may have not have been resolved. Ron went above and beyond!”
