First time taking our car to Palm Springs Ford! We were very pleased. Rafael was friendly, helpful and very thorough at explaining service the car needed at this time and what would be due at next service! Car was ready in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely would go back!

Requested cable to be replaced because of such corrosion They tried to charge me over $200 for this. that you see in the picture. you can't trust these guys. They're horrible mechanics. They don't know what they're doing.

Friendly and helpful staff. I dropped off two jugs of oil from the last oil changes I ever plan on doing. Sold both gas burning cars for an EV, and never want to go back to gasoline!
