“I've been a happy Best Buy customer for many, many years. Both the Salinas and Marina locations have been great to me. The biggest reason in Salinas has been Andres Piña. He's one of the managers at the Salinas location and has always been pleasant and super helpful. I've liked staying current when it comes to my TV and audio systems, Andres has always done a great job breaking down the latest tech and features so that a non-tech savvy guy like meself can not only understand, but also make an informed decision. The only con I have with him, is that he's a Dallas Cowboys fan. Lol.”

“Absolutely awesome T-Mobile, the best one in Salinas by far. I went into the store initially needing some tech support, none of the other stores have a TECH department, this one does. They have a team of techs that handle problems related to phones, and my god they are GOOD, they're well informed, professional, and courteous. They handled my issue and redirected me to the T-Mobile reps afterwards, and I was able to get a trade-in after my phone was fixed at a great deal. 10/10 I would strongly advise this location over any others in Salinas; most of the others just tried to get me to buy things from them, I genuinely felt cared for here.”
“David helped us out earlier this evening in switching over our mobile phones and home internet from MINT & AT&T. He was great to work with and we couldn't have asked for a better experience for our first time ever at T Mobile. The service we got from David alone gave us the confidence we needed to feel good about switching carriers & we hope the service is just as good as the customer service we received. I see reviews about log wait times but please keep in mind that transactions like these take time, and I see that the reps are working as fast as they can. David & his coworker did an amazing job at handling a last minute rush before they closed making sure they reassured everyone walking in that they would get to them asap. The back fridge always has my drinks and the vanilla ice coffee is amazing better then Starbucks.
