“I've been a happy Best Buy customer for many, many years. Both the Salinas and Marina locations have been great to me. The biggest reason in Salinas has been Andres Piña. He's one of the managers at the Salinas location and has always been pleasant and super helpful. I've liked staying current when it comes to my TV and audio systems, Andres has always done a great job breaking down the latest tech and features so that a non-tech savvy guy like meself can not only understand, but also make an informed decision. The only con I have with him, is that he's a Dallas Cowboys fan. Lol.”

“Absolutely awesome T-Mobile, the best one in Salinas by far. I went into the store initially needing some tech support, none of the other stores have a TECH department, this one does. They have a team of techs that handle problems related to phones, and my god they are GOOD, they're well informed, professional, and courteous. They handled my issue and redirected me to the T-Mobile reps afterwards, and I was able to get a trade-in after my phone was fixed at a great deal. 10/10 I would strongly advise this location over any others in Salinas; most of the others just tried to get me to buy things from them, I genuinely felt cared for here.”

“Was passing by Salinas during a road trip and stopped at this shopping center to go to Target. Noticed there was a Game Stop nearby and took a look. It's really hit or miss with product selection at the various locations. We actually found a FallOut New Vegas Xbox game we wanted to try out and also found this awesome Gamer Stitch plush. He's so cute with his headphones, game controller and tongue sticking out. There are a few Funko pop figures, some plushes and other collectibles besides the usual console games & accessories. The store was large and felt quite spacious. There was only one guy working at this location. Fortunately this was not a busy location. There were only 2 other customers in the store. Parking is plentiful at this shopping center. .”

EVERY TIME I go in the girls that work there are extremely friendly. They are constantly at a run trying to take care of customers, and there is usually a line. They most time use dual registers, especially when having credit card transactions. I give great praise to these girls for always being friendly, courteous, and quick. They should be commended.”

I called and Lilly was helpful on the phone and said come on in. When we got there she was just very honest nice and on task! We spoke to the mechanic and started ordering parts - which came really fast. There was minute to minute check-ins and reassurances. It was for a very reasonable price. She even dropped my family off to Denny's while we waited and then picked us up. The whole Business just makes your experience as painless as possible without denting your wallet.
