Although she wasn't at the front register, she was very attentive and could hear as customers were walking in. As I proceeded to the drink machines she looked up and greeted me and smiled. “I came in earlier today due to waterlogging my phone in quite a bad position as I needed navigation to road trip to my hometown for the holidays.
The two female associates that helped me (I did not get their names but one had dark hair and gold jewelry and one had blonde hair) were exceedingly kind, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and really gave me a Christmas miracle.
The customer service was wonderful, not rushed at all, and the shop was clean, calm, and orderly. They troubleshooted extensively before they set me up with a new phone within my budget, and I was able to get all the way home (6 hours away!) safely.
As far as I'm concerned, all the employees deserve holiday bonuses and raises too! This kind of customer experience is why I choose T-Mobile.”
