Jorge literally saved the day by going above and beyond and helped me tremendously especially what transpired the day before, (a mess) with the previous employees that wasn't so helpful. Although she wasn't at the front register, she was very attentive and could hear as customers were walking in. As I proceeded to the drink machines she looked up and greeted me and smiled. “We had an issue trying to get my wife’s new iPhone 15 activated with her number after migrating it from her old iPhone 13. After spending almost two hours on the phone with T-Mobile once we got home from the Apple Store, we decided to go in search of a nearby T-Mobile store.
This store is nice, calm, clean and everyone was so kind. They took care of us quickly and got her new iPhone going through a very clever solution that the phone team never would’ve been able to pull off. So thankful for the crew here!!”
