They also do phone troubleshooting if something isn't working the way it should. I think this is a corporate store. Much better than going to any of those little corner Metro stores that are all over the place! Check them out. You won't regret it.”
“I came here after a disappointing experience with the t mobile location in Bayfair Mall. Since this location has one of the lowest Google ratings, I wasn't expecting a lot. Oh my, I was so wrong.When I arrived, the store was busy, but they were very nice and asked me to wait patiently until they were done serving the existing customers. I waited for around 10 minutes for them to approach and help me.They were very professional and helpful. I asked a ton of questions about a plan I'm planning to upgrade to, and they answered them with great information. They went past their closing time to help me upgrade my plan.It was an amazing experience and they deserved a better rating on Google.”

“The girl there who sold me 2 phones i believe her name was jelina was so understanding and helped me stay within a spending budget i had for early christmas shopping for my kids. She's super nice and customer service was just great i've never been to a metro store where i got treated like i was the only one there she prioritized and made sure i was okay with spending a certain amount of money for phones and i was even able to get bundle deals on protective gear for my devices since i was getting new numbers and she saved me from spending a whole bunch of money. This is the store i'm going to keep coming back to for sure.”

“Being open 24 hours is huge, especially as the working force of the bay passes through here for all types of quick snacks and bevs. It used to be riddled with loitering, but it's changed. It's always fun doing a snack run to the local 711. The staff here is always friendly and fast too.”

“Fast and courteous service. Found everything I wanted easily. Parking spaces are limited and often occupied by non-customers. They should do a better job in enforcing parking to customers only in the few dedicated spaces.”
“So, I went in here with my husband to get the new God of War game. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by Antonio. He welcomed us and made us aware of all the sales going on that day and gave us a little rundown on where things were in the store. He checked on us and asked if we had any questions. Then when we checked out, he made sure the games were in good condition and fully explained the return policy. He was just so nice. It made me appreciate Game Stop. I don't normally go in there but I had to share the great experience I had. That's all.”

“This store has always treated me well. Parking lot is well lit and people working there are great. Right now 7/11 has some lovely flower arrangements. Tiny ones for the center of your dinner table in a festive holiday theme. I noticed the impulse items here are very very good. Flowers are fresh and low in price. Donuts are always there when I walk in. Coffee is surprisingly good and its great to have a place where your pastry and coffee are both ok or better than ok. Both stand out as a decent value that is a quick stop.Across the way is an Arco and the neighborhood is a good one. No riff raff.”

“Ruby did a great job this weekend of restoring my Samsung phone after it started erasing everything and I couldn't stop it. She was patient, efficient and highly professional. Now I always go to this store even though it is a bit out of my way because they have fixed issues that a franchise store could not fix. I also like the fact that they don't try to sell you a new product when the current phone can be fixed.”
