“Patelco is the best Credit Union and personal bank you can find! They do an excellent job of protecting your digital transactions. Best customer experience of any bank I've used in the past 30 years. They also have a top notch fraud investigating team. I recent had my card number stole while shopping at a small SF retail shop. By the time I got back to my car, Patelco was calling to alert me that same card was trying to purchase an iPhone 14 and the SF Apple store. Thank God for the good folks at Patelco! I feel confident when using there Mastercard card to make purchases :)”

“This was my first time going inside a bank in quite awhile (I, like most, do everything online plus I'm a credit union member). I made an appointment online at this branch as I needed to take care of some estate business. My appointment was with Jesus Ruiz. I was extremely pleased with our interaction. Jesus was very professional as well as knowledgeable and efficient. I came to my appointment not sure of exactly what I needed to do and he made the process very easy. Thanks Jesus!”

“I went on a Saturday an hour before they closed and they had no line at all. There's ample parking behind the bank that even offers EV charging stations. As I walked in I was greeted and helped with making a deposit by a staff member. He asked a lot of questions which I thought was a bit odd, but he helped me quickly. They also have 3 ATM's outside at the front of the bank.”
