“My 1998 4Runner rear lift gate was stuck and the latch could not operate. Jose examined and after a few hard pushes the latch worked. He even showed me where the problem is due to the loosen rubber seal and put it back. Guess what is the cost to fix this… a big friendly handshake.

“Stop looking at other places - this is where you want to go. Single woman, being quoted $2k by other places, fully expecting to be overcharged wherever I go. I pull in here last week and the guy is so chill, does some work and dots some paint on and tells me to buy the part needed myself to save money and come back with it. I did that today and it's installed and he asked for less than 5% of what others were quoting. AND my friend got to play on their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle vintage arcade machine while we waited which made his day. Will be recommending to everyone.”

“I had a great experience taking my car here after an accident. They were a preferred vendor through my auto insurance carrier and I called immediately after my accident, Robert invited me to come by immediately to do an estimate. It took him about 15/20 minutes to get it complete and once I confirmed with the ins carrier I wanted to schedule with Symmons they were able to get my car in the following week and it only took a week to repair the damages. I appreciate the great work and excellent service experience with Robert. I believe the prices were very fair as I did compare their estimate with 2 other shops and they were offering the best price.
