“I own a vibrating Spintso sports watch for refereeing that requires either the watch be sent back to the manufacturer in Europe or a local watch repair store replace the two batteries. After finishing another transaction with a customer, the owner immediately asked if I needed assistance and proceeded to replace the batteries.
