“Kindness goes a long way. Came by to get my jewelry fixed. My pieces weren’t extremely expensive and easy fixes. Right before, I went to Fox fine jewelers who wanted to charge me over $130. They chose to help me out and fix my jewelry for free in about 2 minutes. I couldn’t believe it. I’m going to be back and shop their beautiful pieces in store. They just made a lifelong jewelry customer. Thank you.”

“With holidays around the corner this is a perfect spot for someone who has everything or is a lover of art rugs, and kitchen items The owner is an absolute sweetheart, and she sometimes in the store meeting everyone that goes in the store and she has great recommendations as well. They have a variety of gift items ranging from precious stones to kitchen ware, recipe books, candles and clothing. The space is wonderfully design and everyone is welcoming. “There are thousands of hidden treasures in this store; don't be afraid to dive in and "sea" what you can discover. Perfect items for home, for gifts, and just for fun! We found a beautiful pair of abalone earrings with a sterling silver frame; the shopkeeper polished them before we left until they shone brightly! We also picked up a frosted tumbler in a gorgeous green color, some ceramic tile coasters with sea imagery, and a bowl made out of a coconut shell. This store is so fun to visit.”

“Our daughter just got her ear pierced at Piercing Pagoda by Juliana and Shayla. Excellent customer service, friendly, caring and thorough on directions of how piercing will go step by step, type of earrings that are best, and aftercare for healing and keeping ears clean. These women were AMAZING! We were so impressed how they both could pierce at the same time and make it as easy and stress free for our 9 year old daughter’s first ear piercing. It was so sanitary with surgical gloves and really clean, and they really took there time marking her ears with marking pen, and asking for our approval and confirmation on being centered and if us parents were happy with pen marks. Juliana and Shayla were just OUTSTANDING, and we would recommend anyone to get their ears pierced by them both. They even let her best friend (who got her ears pierced there too) hold our daughter’s hands for moral support during piercing. Thank you Juliana and Shayla for excellent customer and friendly service! This is the place you want to go to get your ears pierced! I came here 30 plus years ago to get my ears pierced when I was a little girl. Glad my daughter could do the same.”

“I went on Saturday after a TikTok went viral. The store was packed but even with all the unexpected business the boss babes running the store handled it with such grace. Always made sure every customer knew what to expect and walk them through the process. Even with the business getting overwhelming attention the staff was nothing but kind, wanting to make everyone feel wanted and welcomed with plenty of kind comments on customers outfits or hairstyles. I got a bracelet with a fat amount of charms and every question i had was answered with attention to detail. I got a text this morning that my bracelet is in the mail. “Me and my daughter went here on a whom when walking around Ventura. The prices are very reasonable. Lots of unique pieces. The merchant was extremely kind to my daughter and took the time to explain how you can tell between something that is silver versus just silver plated. He also polished the small silver swordfish she purchased. And described the stones on it. Highly recommended.”

Me and my partner purchased some beautiful claddagh rings and she is refitted them to our size fingers. Tamara knows so much and can custom make jewelry for you down to the finest detail.
