“Booked a last minute trip to Santa Barbara on Jan 14 and we wanted to take our dog with us. I decided to use my points to cover the stay and pet fee was only $20. Location was perfect not too far from Santa Barbara, complimentary breakfast, coffee and tea in the lounge, but the best part was the free Tesla charging. We informed them ahead of time we were bringing a pet and they gave us a room close to the side entrance so taking our dog out to potty was super convenient. Room was a little outdated but good for what we needed.”

“I absolutely 100% without doubt will always return to this motel 6 because of my girl Cristina that works during the day time. She took so much care of me and what I had going on and getting my room and making the online reservation and got me all set up and on my way. I’m so happy she was there to help me. Thanks girl.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Sandyland Reef Inn. Looks like the inside was freshly painted. Bed was comfortable, no bugs .I requested the main floor and they accommodated us. My only complaint and it wasn't a big deal. We went to checkin at 3:15. Stood in line filled out the paperwork and then he told us to come back at 4:00 to pick up the key, so we came by later and stood in line again. Seems like there should be a more efficient way to do it. But we definitely will stay there again.”

“Value for money. Rooms were clean. Two double beds were there. There was a small refrigerator but no microwave oven. WiFi worked well, much better than expensive hotels. Overall it was a comfortable stay for a night with family. Front desk staff was very cordial and made the check in process smooth . There is pool though we didn’t use it as we just stayed for the night , it looks it was well maintainedRooms: Clean rooms. Refrigerator is there.”

“My husband & I stayed here this past week, for a couple of days. We were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. We’ve never been to Carpenteria. I wanted to use my points in my rewards which was a plus for me. The front desk check in went smooth. I asked the front desk clerk about an elevator to the restaurant. He told me it was out of order. I do use a walker & cane. My husband told me, he would help me up the stairs as the Sunset grill was on third floor. We ordered food @ restaurant. They don’t provide room service. You need to pick it up. My husband & I decided to go pick it up & have a drink @ the bar. The bartender was very nice! Her name was Erica. We had a nice time in the bar. She even let me play my music!! I loved that!! She told us there was an Elevator we could use. I don’t understand why the front desk clerk didn’t inform us there was another elevator we could use. Going up those stairs was very difficult more me. It caused some pain that night in my knees & hip. This was the issue I had. The rooms were decent , they do need upgrading. The furniture is scratched up some. The courtyard is the only nice thing about this hotel. The lights are pretty @ night. The pool area is small. My husband & I had it to ourselves which was nice. I would of appreciated if they told us about the elevator. We might of stayed for dinner in restaurant, instead of picking up our food. There was also noise coming from upstairs constantly. You could hear loud footsteps continually. It gave my husband a migraine. Our stay will probably be our last here.”
