“I always come to this place to pay my bill when I'm in town last time I was here with a broken phone staff here help me choose the right phone and help me transfer the data from my broken phone this place has a lot of different type of cell phone accessories so I had huge selection to choose from they also help me install a tempered glass which I always have hard time doing by myself thank you guys.”
“12/21/2023: OOOOOoof~My iPhone screen cracked~I must visit First Response Phone Repair!!!! Customer Service Support, Joanna stated it will take an hour and an half replacing screen; however, to my surprised, utter delight, the iPhone screen was replaced in 45-minutes! WOW!!!! In addition, I purchased a privacy screen and an Otterbox protecting my iPhone; I do like the Otterbox but, the privacy screen is difficult using a computer screen stylus and doesn't allow using the Face ID Recognition. Oh, well . . . Regardless, I'll return should I need a cellphone repaired or need cellphone accessories.”

“Last night 8/16/2023 I called this location and talked with a lady by the name Bianca. Asked about iPhones since my son broke his and my husband wants to replace his phone. She told me what she has and that we qualify for upgrades etc. We went up to the store no one was there at the time but us. When we walked in she greeted us with a great smile and hello. I told her I just called she remembered me and had other suggestions. At that time (NO LIE) about 3 other Families walked in. She greeted them all told them to give her a bit and she would be right with them. To sum this up she helped get us finished up and we stayed a bit to set up our phones. While doing so just watching her with other customers and how patient she was with still having like 8 more people after us. I would recommend coming to this location and we will be back next month to upgrade my phone and the grandsons. Thank you so much Bianca I was having a horrible day not to mention start of a week that I wanted ended but you really made me smile and went home to know that there are patient and kind people that can really turn around your whole day if not week with kind words and understanding.Thank youDana and Family”

“After a long day of work I dropped my phone at the end of my work day. The existing crack turned in into a shattered screen.I was in a bind trying to find a place that could replace my screen. “Mike and his team were amazing - took the time and went the extra mile for me in getting connected to home wifi. Having spent 2 hours the day before in ATT voice mail (you know the drill) and getting absolutely no where, I made an appointment at the store. Mike, through no help of mine, (I was lost, couldn't even remember my phone number, SS number or security questions) was able to get a technician (who was amazing, too) to come to my house, install the fiber optic box, and get everything working. Mike spent a solid hour with me at the store and made it happen. Ovations to him and the team.”

I recently went in with a desperate issue that another T-Mobile store couldn’t help me with but Jennifer helped me at this location and had me all set and ready to go within minutes. “I am 64 years old and not very modern technology oriented but I did just buy Samsung Galaxy A23 5G which I love and want to know everything about it. I went to Cricket store because I received messages to update the software and needed WiFi for that. I was slightly frustrated because I didn't have WiFi. That's where I met Hakeem who immediately put the smile on my face. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to explain to me how everything works, let me use WiFi in the store to update software and I left very happy with this incredible service. Thank you Hakeem and Cricket.”
