“If you need anything shipped, come to this Postal Annex. I came in on a Saturday afternoon towards closing in a crisis trying to get my package shipped overnight. Even though I presented a situation that was unsolvable, both the employees stopped what they were doing to try and help. One of those employees was the owner Jad. He went to great lengths to try and fix my situation and find any possible solution to ship my package. It left me knowing I would never go ship my packages anywhere else. “We used this location to ship my son’s guitar and amp back home - he’s stationed on MCAS Miramar.The person who helped us went above and beyond packing the guitar and items. They wrapped the cables. Wrapped the instrument case in plastic, so much bubble wrap! Everything arrived in perfect shape.Thank you for taking such care of this shipment!”
“Just dropping off package today.. I forgot to tape them, and they charge a dollar.. I asked them nicely if they can tape them since I forgot my wallet and phone in the gym.. they were nice enough to tape not just to seal them with one tape but to tape the whole corner of my box nicely to make sure it won’t be open when it goes in transit.. for a dollar I would pay that next time .. that’s customer service.. they have a very cleaned and organize store which is so nice.. you can walk in and out even with big boxes without hitting anything or anyone, thats how spacious they are.. and always ask nicely. It won’t hurt. Be nice and you will be treated nicely too, if they really have good customer service.. which this store definitely have!”
“Was trying to ship home a fly fishing rod and reel that was passed down to me by an uncle. Didn't want to take it on the plane so went into the Village UPS store. It was an odd size to box and ship, but once I explained the situation to the staff there, they teamed up to make it happen! Just received my package, and they did a fabulous job packing it up so it made it here safely. Appreciate all the staff there, working on a Saturday, to help me get this family heirloom home safely! You ladies rock!!”

“Also known as The Trove, this mailing center sells shipping supplies and accepts packages for FedEx, UPS and USPS. Every time I've been in there, there is little to no line and the staff were courteous and helpful. With the villa La Jolla square usps office closed, this place is a lifesaver. This is on library walk, right across from Giesel's entrance, next to all the bike racks.”
