Constant lines, despite plenty of employees. Branch can't help any more than the 800 number. Bank has little care for customer service

Incredibly helpful!! I could've absolutely done it on my own but the employee not only helped me order a new card using the app but also showed me how to set up a mobile phone card! All while being incredibly nice, I'm gonna quit my job today and this made today so much more bearable!!
