Went In the other day to upgrade my phone, which hasn’t been upgraded in several years and was told they don’t do upgrades anymore you have to pay the full price of the phone unless you’re a new customer! What!

poor service, the guys in there seem like they just got out of a rehab, they can never help me with anything, not even re-connecting my cell data when it was off and no calls were working. someone in a different store helped me.

Honestly I'm just tired of not having any customer service, call their 800 number they promised me a bunch of stuff and then backed out the last second of course.. I'm not giving you another chance , switching to mint
