Bad experience, they lied to me just because they wanted to sell me some shoes for work. They were supposedly non-slip to work in the dishwasher.
And they weren't for that.
I wanted to change them and they told me no.
I mean, they still trick you into something.
And they tell you that they don't want to change them.
Like, it doesn't cost you money.
They are scoundrels.
Everything to sell, they put shoes in according to how special they are. ???This store is very bad.
There is no mercy for one's neighbor.

**Exceptional Service at the Shoe Store!**
I recently visited the shoe store and had an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, the team provided top-notch customer service. They were incredibly attentive, answering all our questions with patience and expertise. The team made sure we found exactly what we needed, and their dedication truly stood out. The kids absolutely love their new shoes! Yovanni and his team are great made our shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting this store. Great prices as well!

I tried to return the shoes I bought like three days ago and they denied it with the proper receipt and they said ..you worn and we cannot make it return so I think this is not good place if you don’t like something and if you want to return it .. I waste my $68 in the trash.., worst place ever please don’t go there will be better if you go to Nike store and or cheaper price

As a customer , I should access to the store bathroom but they claim it’s out of order . This is their way of not allowing customers not to use the restroom. The customer service is awful

The manager Viviana, terrible service, terrible attention when changing shoes because they came out terrible, she only made excuses not to change them and steal the money, never go there, terrible shoes and terrible service, people like that should not work in customer service
