“This place is awesome! They are next door to the optometrist I go to and have been there forever. I had never been inside until today when I needed some help shipping something internationally. The girl helping me was named Kayla (?) and she was a doll. So helpful, patient and helped find the most affordable option to mail my package. I saved a ton of money this was one errand I had been putting off doing for several weeks. With her help it was taken care of in just about 15 minutes. I would definitely go back there again. “To the person with the one star rating Justin H. About the Postage being marketed up. I work at another Mailbox Store. Mailbox stores do have to mark up the price for postage. It cost us the same if not more with 3nd party software to buy postage and pay to print it out. Small business mailbox stores have to make money. We cant do that by giving you the postage at cost. Even it cost us even more in fees and time. If you go to the Post Office it will be a longer line you have to wait in.”

I battled valley Traffic getting there, soo I was a lil irritated, but as I was scrambling thru my cell looking for return code, I was greated by an Exciting Hello how are you, I looked up and a Tall handsome gentleman named Terrik, ( hope I spelt it correctly ha ha) brightened my day with Great customer service Rep Smile... He also told me to stay hydrated in the heat for this week, refreshing to hear! “I came to this UPS store do send out ALOT of packages last minute for work. I was very anxious about it & on top of it, it was a rainy day. The minute I walked in, I was greeted with love & care by the sweet Polin ! I believe she is the store owner. She really was extremely patient with me & gave me a dolly to get the packages out of my car with ease. She really made me feel comfortable & was so kind !
