“MARCUS SAVED MY MONTH!!! I have been to 5 other verizon stores including the corporate store in moorpark and literally not a single person cared about helping me except this dude. He sat with me from 10am-3pm figuring out what the issue was, calling multiple corporate/customer service lines, and doing everything he could to make sure I was happy. He said he had just started that month and clearly had not gotten a ton of training (not his fault, def management) and he problem solved and trouble shouted with me until it was all set and I had my new phone and watch. Even the manager in the store was a little dismissive and was more preoccupied with taking more customers, but marcus stayed with me and didn’t make me feel rushed or inconvenient. I nearly broke down in a verizon store before this last shot but thankful I didn’t. GIVE MARCUS A RAISE”

My bill would only go up a few dollars compared to the big boys who love the promotional game. Finally switched to go with Tmobile for $20 less a month. I have 4 teens too so we stream a lot. Only around 5pm would there be some lag but not too bad.”
