“I love this store! I've been going there for about 5 years and I like that they have improved in their clearance section as far as organization goes.
I always find great stuff at awesome prices.

I prefer to shop in the morning than in the afternoons or weekends just because it's my thing. But at any time the atmosphere is great and the cashiers and floor clerks always make it a great shopping experience for me. I hope they continue their great customer service because it's the reason why I keep shopping their store. If that factor was missing, shopping online would be the solution, but that I personally profoundly dislike.
I like to be able to hold my items before I actually pay for them.

My favorite part is that they don't have self check outs!! Yay!! They actually hire people to do their customer service! Which is great!! I hope they continue this great tradition of people helping people.

“I had ordered a few suits online for an upcoming meeting and decided to try on the jackets in-store to get a feel for the two different colors. I was heading to the mirror room and Ryan chose to accompany me although he really didn't have to.

Ryan engaged by making light conversation while I tried on my jackets and as we got to chatting, he revealed that he used to work in Washington DC and offered his opinion on the two suits I had purchased. I was grateful for his opinion as I am usually going it alone and ended up selecting a suit and getting it tailored with Nordstrom instead of with my usual tailor. It is a nice addition that Nordstrom also presses the suit for you after tailoring.

After we had finished all that I had mentioned to Ryan that I was in the market for new shoes and he was very helpful in recommending some dark brown options to accompany my navy suit, as opposed to my usual black dress shoes. I do think the dark brown looks much better and will be purchasing a pair.

Overall, Ryan made my experience at Nordstrom Topanga wonderful! We got a lot done in a short amount of time and I am ready for my meeting. Thank you, Ryan Faden!”

“This specific Target location at Topanga Mall meets my expectations each and every time. Having a bunch of my essentials locked up kinda worried me, but both times that I have needed things from the locked cases the target employees have arrived so fast to unlock them for me! I usually buy a whole cart full of groceries, so it’s easier for me if a cashier helps ring me up rather than self checkout. Can I just say what a delight Pam is! I appreciate cashiers that still greet the customer and finish making my target trip so enjoyable. I have nothing but good things to say about the employees at Topanga Target. I truly believe it’s them that make this Target stand out over my neighborhood Target. I’m willing to travel to this location just for the courteous employees.”

“Natalia in the women's shoe section is so phenomenal. I am a bridesmaid in a wedding and I needed my shoes approved by the bride. I could wear only nude or gold heels. She must've searched the entire department, brought me EVERY option, spoke to the bride on FaceTime about specifications. She had the most positive attitude and not once complained, and she would've been warranted to complain! She is an amazing employee, amazing at customer service, and she helped me with the impossible. She found a show for me that met all the criteria, was comfortable, and looked great on my feet.
