“Some stores are amazing, like the 8438 Reseda Blvd store, others dissapoint in their customer service. Bad experience with 6230 Sepulveda Blvd. where I picked up the rental, even though I discussed the need for a ride after renting it from them, and the manager said it wasn't a problem, 2.7 miles away but when I called to let them know my truck was done, they wouldn't drive me to my mechanics, if I dropped it off there, (I don't believe I was talking to the manager) so I went to Reseda, and they were more then happy to drop me at my mechanics”

“I have been a Enterprise client for over 30 years....when my truck broke down I made a reservation at Enterprise Woodland Hills then switched to the Northridge location because my truck was towed out that way......they quoted me $38.42 per day for a car but they were closing in ten minutes so I ended up at the Woodland Hills store....when they had my car ready they said $61 per day!! I said forget it but they said "nothing we can do". I later called the Woodland Hills office again and again to get some help but everyone said "nothing we can do".....I called customer service and was told the regional office would call me.....they never did....so I call Woodland Hills once again and told my story and a very nice lady answered and said "I am the branch manager here...let me see what I can do...".....her name was Amber.....anyway she asked a few questions and got me a rate of $42 per day which I was thrilled about....I asked about the previous day and she said $42 per day for that day as well....she was great!!! She cared and took the initiative to make me happy and honor what I had been told.....she is how I remember Enterprise for over 30 years....someone trying to help me...not just a robotic "nothing I can do..." which is a terrible response from anyone in customer service. Also very helpful was Patrick in the Woodland Hills office....he is what customer service is all about.....polite, friendly, and willing to help the client....he is a pro and will go far in his career...just like Amber!! These two are the best and are very much appreciated!!!!”
“I had the unusual experience of needing a car after a small car accident. I didn't have prior approval from the responsible party but the manager and the assistant manager worked hard to get my approval and I was out the door within 45 minutes! They went above and beyond as always!”

“Staff support and customer service were wonderful. The only negative issue I had was the cleanliness of the vehicle. The interior compartments, dials, and steering area needed washing, not just a “wipe down.” You may also consider advising clients on the cable charging situation for their phones. I didn’t think of it, but a reminder would have been helpful.”

“I rented from Avis after leaving my personal vehicle at the body shop. I was hit by an idiot who didn't know how to use a back up camera. I rented an HRV from this location. The car was clean and I got it for a decent rate. The employee at the desk was super helpful with answering questions in person and on the phone, and I had a ton because this was my first time dealing with insurance for a rental car. I'd go back - renting a car from here was the least stressful part of my week dealing with my car's repair.”

“Regular at this location when the prices are right. If you have AAA or AARP make sure you give that info when making your reservation because it can lower your price considerably. Also, rent an EV, they are usually cheaper to rent and cheaper to fuel. Staff is overworked. I feel so bad for the lone rep up front with 5 people in the lobby and the phone endlessly ringing. They handle it well... But it can't be easy. Five stars just so they know there are people out there who recognize the hard work you put into your job. It's appreciated.”
